: Ethical approval was granted for the study by the Research Ethics Committee of the Consorci Sanitari de Terrassa (reference number: 02-23-101-089). Given the retrospective nature of the study, its aim to improve clinical practice, and the use of anonymized data obtained from electronic health records, the need for individual informed consent was waived by the Committee. Data were managed confidentially using coded identifiers, complying with Spanish Law 14/2007 on Biomedical Research and EU Regulation 2016/679 on data protection.
