: The study protocol was approved by the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of Peking Union Medical College Hospital (approval number HS-1365). This multicenter cross-sectional opportunistic screening trial (China-TS01) was conducted across 64 hospitals in eight provinces in China. All participants provided written informed consent prior to enrollment, in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. The study was also approved by the Special Clinical Scientific Research Project (YXH (2018) No. 954).
