: This study was approved by the Ethics Committee of the Third People’s Hospital of Bengbu (Approval No. 2023-01). The study was conducted in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional ethics committee and the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards. As a retrospective investigation using archived pathological specimens and de-identified clinical and laboratory data, this study did not involve the disclosure of any personally identifiable information, and no therapeutic interventions were influenced during data collection.
