: The project is formally registered in the Record of Processing Activities at the Research Unit for General Practice in Aarhus (ID No. 951) in compliance with the Danish Data Protection Act No. 502 of 23 May 2018 [ ] and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union [ ]. As no biomedical interventions were carried out during the study, no approval was required from the Committee on Health Research Ethics of the Central Denmark Region. Statistics Denmark approved the project and the use of the registers.
