: This retrospective study was reviewed and approved by the Clinical Research Ethics Committee of the Van Training and Research Hospital (approval number: GOKAEK-2025-09-20, dated 07 November 2025).Local ethics committee approval was waived for the participating centers other than the coordinating center, in accordance with national regulations governing multicenter retrospective studies, and ethics approval was obtained in accordance with local regulations for all participating centers. Due to the retrospective nature of the study and the use of anonymized patient data, the requirement for informed consent was waived by the ethics committee. All procedures were conducted in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional and national research committees and with the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki and its subsequent amendments.
