: Ethical clearance was obtained from the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of saint Paul’s millennium medical college (SPMMC), Ethiopia with ethical clearance letter no. IRB/377/17. The IRB has given ethical clearance for written informed consent. After getting ethical clearance from the institutional review board of SPMMC, data collection was started. Patients’ names or other personal information were not used in data collection or analysis. All methods were performed by relevant guidelines and regulations of the Declaration of Helsinki.
