: Ethical clearance was obtained from the Ethical Review Committee of the School of Biomedical and Laboratory Sciences at the College of Medicine and Health Sciences, University of Gondar, under reference number SBMLS/784, dated 13 June 2024. Participant recruitment, clinical data collection, and specimen handling were conducted from 20 June 2024 to 19 June 2025. A letter of permission was obtained from the UOG-CSH clinical director. Informed consent was obtained from all study participants, and patient confidentiality was maintained by assigning unique codes and removing personal identifiers, such as names, throughout the study.
