Ethics approval and consent to participate: The trial commenced after the approval of the Institutional Ethics Committee of AIIMS Bhubaneswar (IEC Reference Number: EC/AIIMS BBSR/PG Thesis/2018–19/31, Date of approval: December 20, 2018). Informed consent was obtained from every participant (parent or guardian for minors) before they were enrolled in the research. The research was done with ethical standards in accordance with the ‘Declaration of Helsinki’. ‘National Ethical Guidelines for Biomedical and Health Research Involving Human Participants (2017)’ by the Indian Council of Medical Research was implemented while conducting research.
