Ethics approval and consent to participate: Ethical approval was obtained from Bowen University Teaching Hospital Research Ethics Committee, which is part of the Bowen University Teaching Hospital, Ogbomoso, Oyo State, Nigeria with approval number: BUTH/REC-26837. Prior to participation, all individuals provided written informed consent. This process ensured participants fully understood the study’s objectives, their right to withdraw at any time, and the voluntary nature of their participation. Measures were taken to safeguard participant privacy. These recordings solely served the purpose of aiding in accurate transcription and report writing. They were securely stored and accessed only by the researchers. Names or any identifying details were not collected. All collected data will be anonymized in reports and publications. The study was conducted in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki, ensuring respect for participants’ rights, welfare, and dignity.
