Ethics approval and consent to participate: This study meets the definition of market research, which does not require local ethics approval, across all study countries. However, to ensure our study followed best practice guidelines, the study protocol and all materials used to guide participant recruitment, enrollment, and data collection were approved by a central ethics committee, Salus IRB (approval number: 23042-01), prior to conducting any study-related activities. All participants provided informed consent before enrollment. All data collected in this study were strictly confidential, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations of the countries where the study was being conducted, as appropriate. The study was aligned with the Declaration of Helsinki.
