Ethics approval and consent to participate: The protocol was reviewed and approved by INCA Research Ethics Committee (CEP-INCA) under the reference number 46489221.8.1001.5274. A waiver for the informed consent was also approved by CEP-INCA since all patients had previously signed an authorization for testing, and data were collected retrospectively through the hospital database. No information capable of identifying patients was used.
