Ethics approval and consent to participate: This retrospective study involving the institutional cohort was approved by the Medical Ethics Committee of The Second Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University and Yuying Children’s Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University. The requirement for written informed consent to participate was waived by the same ethics committee because archived tissue samples and de-identified clinical data were used in this study. All procedures involving human participants, human data, and human tissue samples were performed in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations, including the Declaration of Helsinki, GCP, and ICH-GCP.
