The use of UKBB data in the current study was approved by the Regional Committees for Medical and Health Research Ethics (REK 427916). All participants signed an informed consent form. The UKBB database was made in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. The HUNT Study was approved by the Regional Committee for Ethics in Medical Research (REK; reference number 468380).
