Ethics approval and consent to participate

: All procedures performed in studies involving human participants were in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional and/or national research committee and with the 1964 Helsinki declaration and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards. This study was approved by the institutional review board of Prof. Dr. N. Reşat Belger Beyoglu Göz Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi (Prof. Dr. N. Reşat Belger Beyoglu Eye Training and Education Hospital). Consent forms were obtained from all of the patients before each treatment applied in the study. Parental consent was obtained for patients under the age of 16.
