Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Ethical approval was obtained from the ethical review committee (ERC) of the BRAC James P. Grant School of public Health, BRAC University. Informed written consent was taken from the respondent’s prior each interview. The study purpose, risk, and benefits were explained to the respondents. Confidentiality and anonymity were ensured.
