: Ethical approval for the study was obtained from the Helsinki Ethics Committee of the Barzilai Medical Center, Ashkelon, Israel. The purpose of the study was explained to all participants. Anonymity and confidentiality were assured. Informed written consent of participants was received. The parent of the children have also provided informed consent on behalf of the children in the study. It was explained that data would be used for research purposes only. All methods were performed in accordance with the Israel goverment guidelines and regulations. No minores are involved in the study only parents.
