: This retrospective chart review was conducted using de-identified data obtained from the hospital’s database. The research protocol was reviewed and approved by the ethics committee of Eye and Ear Hospital International, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and the Declaration of Helsinki. While the study primarily involved the analysis of previously collected data, some patients were contacted to undergo additional exams to complete the data set. For these cases, patients provided oral consent to participate in the study. This consent process was approved by the ethics committee, and no written consent was obtained.
