: 1. This study was conducted in accordance with ethical principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki and applicable national and institutional guidelines. Prior to initiating this research, the study protocol was reviewed and approved by the Ethical Committee Board of the Faculty of Medicine at Suez University. As this was a retrospective study utilizing pre-existing data, informed consent from patients was waived by the Ethics Committee in compliance with regulatory requirements. All data collected were anonymized and de-identified to protect patient confidentiality. Measures were implemented to ensure the privacy and security of the data throughout the research process. No additional interventions or patient contact were required, minimizing risks to participants.
