Ethical clearance was obtained from the Ethical Committee of the College of Medicine, University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital (UNTH) Ituku-Ozalla Enugu (NHREC/05/01/2008B-FWA00002458-1RB00002323). Informed consent from participants was not applicable to this study because secondary data were used. However, the ethical approval obtained was used to obtain permission from the eye clinic records authorities to obtain access to patient records.
