: We acknowledge the absence of OCT images and long-term follow-up data as limitations of this case report. Unfortunately, the OCT images were not preserved in the patient’s records, and the patient was lost to follow-up after the initial surgical intervention. While these limitations restrict our ability to provide imaging evidence and long-term outcomes, the case remains significant due to the rare presentation of a full-thickness macular hole caused by diode laser exposure in a non-medical setting. This report highlights the critical need for improved safety protocols and regulations in such environments.
