: The study adhered to the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki and was approved by the Ethics Committee of the University of Duisburg-Essen (Reference Number: 23-11110-BO). All data were anonymized, and the requirement for informed consent was waived due to the retrospective nature of the study. The blood samples were obtained during the original clinical routine diagnostic workup and not as part of a study. Solely, the results were analyzed as any other clinical routine assessments. Therefore, it was regarded as retrospective by the Essen Ethics Committee and the need for an informed consent was waived.
