: The study was conducted in accordance with the Helsinki Declaration. Ethics approval was not required as per the Health Research Authority (HRA) tool in the UK. The study was approved by the governance committee in Oxford University Hospitals ophthalmology department as quality improvement project in the department (ref 8073). We provided the information about our project to all staff in EEC and participation in the online questionnaire was entirely voluntary. The questionnaire was designed to be anonymous, and no participant personal details were collected. Only the participants who consented to anonymised survey participated in this study. Implied consent was applicable in this study as per University of Oxford Research Ethics guideline: .
