: The study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki . According to French law (no. 2004 − 806, 9 August 2004), and because the data were collected retrospectively and patient management was not modified, this study did not require research ethics committee approval and informed consent to participate was waived. However, the cohort study received approval from the local ethics committee (Hospices Civils de Lyon) in February 2019 (No. 19–31) and was registered on clinicaltrials.gov (NCT 03863782).
