Institutional ethical approval was obtained by the Ethics Committee of the Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin (EA4/167/16) and (EA2/108/12). For this retrospective, single-center study formal consent was not required; the Ethikkommission, Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin approved the waiver of consent.
