: This study was conducted at the ophthalmology clinic of a tertiary healthcare institution and ethical approval was obtained for the study from Ankara Bilkent City Hospital Ethics Committee (E1/3295/2023). The research was carried out in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. Since the study was retrospective, the ethics committee did not deem it necessary to obtain patient consent. The requirement for informed consent was waived because of the retrospective nature of the study.
