The study protocol was approved by the Ethics Committee of Shahid Sadoughi University of Medical Sciences, Yazd, Iran (Approval No. IR.SSU.REC.1404.021). Patient confidentiality was strictly maintained, and all data were anonymized prior to analysis. As this was a retrospective study using existing medical records, the requirement for informed consent was waived by the Ethics Committee.
