Ethics approval and consent to participate

: The research was approved by the Human Research Ethics Committee at Western Sydney University (approval number H9976) as well as by the Human Research Ethics Committee at Menzies School of Health Research (approval number 2014–2140), and by the Northern Land Council. Informed consent to participate was given by all participants. Written consent was obtained unless the participant chose to give verbal consent instead; verbal consent was an option approved by the ethics committee for participants who preferred to listen to the information statement and consent form and give verbal consent instead of reading a document and providing a signature.
