: All procedures performed in studies involving human participants were in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional and/or national research committee and with the 1964 Helsinki declaration and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards.The study was approved by The Clinical Research Ethics Committee of the “Virgen de la Luz” Hospital, Cuenca, and by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Regional Government of Castilla-La Mancha, Spain (FIS PI12/00761). The approval of the school committee of each school was obtained and all parents or guardians of the subjects participating in the study signed informed consent forms to participate in the study. In addition, children gave their verbal consent.
