The protocol and study consent were reviewed and approved by the ethical committee of Riga Stradins University and by the Institutional Review Board of Children’s Clinical University Hospital (No. 22/30.05.2013.)All involved legal care givers signed consent of participation and written informed consent was obtained from the parents for analyzation and publication of collected data.
