: MA is a visual artist, and Registered Nurse (RN) with a PhD in Nursing, a Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR) funded Postdoctoral Research Fellow, and a National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC) Postdoctoral Research Officer. SS, RN, PhD is a Professor in the Faculty of Nursing, University of Alberta, and holds a Tier II Canada Research Chair in Knowledge Translation for Child Health. VC, RN, PhD is a Professor in the Faculty of Nursing, University of Alberta, and a CIHR New Investigator. LH, PhD is a Professor and is the Director for the Alberta Research Center for Health Evidence. SA is a MD and Professor in the Departments of Pediatrics and Emergency Medicine at the University of Alberta.
