: The PiC study has been reviewed and given a favourable opinion by the Office for Research Ethics Committees Northern Ireland. Reference 17/NI/0169. Whilst the PiC study utilizes research without prior consent in the emergency setting as discussed in detail in the methods section; all participants will be invited to provide informed consent prior to inclusion of their data in the study. In the case of minors, parents/legal guardians will provide the consent.
