: The study was approved by the Commission Institutionelle d’Ethique (CIE) of the Université Catholique de Bukavu (N/Ref: UCB/CIE/NC/06/2015) in accordance to existing ethical guidelines in D.R Congo and the Swedish regional ethical committee in Göteborg (N°: 504–16). The South-Kivu provincial Medical Doctor of Health in Bukavu was informed and approved the study (Ref: 065/CD/DPS-SK/2015).
