: The EPIPAGE-2 study was approved by the CNIL (CNIL n°911009) and by the appropriate ethics committees, i.e.<i>,</i> the advisory committee on the treatment of personal health data for research purposes (CCTIRS, approval granted November 18, 2010; reference number 10.626) and the CPP (approval granted March 18, 2011, reference CPP SC-2873). Families gave written informed consent to participate in the study after they had received both oral and written information. The OGP cohort was approved by the French national data protection authority (Comité National de l’Informatique et des Libertés, CNIL n°1250024).
