Ethics approval and consent to participate
: ➢ Ethical approval was obtained from the following Ethical Review Committees Faculty of Medicine University of Colombo- Ref No.EC-17-067 Lady Ridgeway Hospital for children, Colombo➢ All the parents of the children and older children who participated in the study were given the information sheets with the details of the study in their language approved by the ethical review committee. Written informed consents for participation were obtained from the parent/ guardian of the children.
