: Ethics approval for this secondary analysis of deidentified programme monitoring and evaluation data, was obtained from the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine (LSHTM) research ethics committee (reference 26274 /RR/23838). The original programme was implemented in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. Written informed consent was obtained from all HCWs, during the pre- and post-training evaluations. Verbal informed consent was obtained from all caregivers participating in the EIP. All data were anonymised, de-identified and unlinked prior to transfer for analysis.
