: The study protocol was approved by the ethics committees of the participating institutions, namely, San José University Hospital (Minutes N° 04–2019), Susana López de Valencia Hospital (Minutes N° 03–2019), and La Estancia Clinic (Minutes N° 001–2019). According to Resolution 8430 of 1993 of the Colombian regulations, the study was classified as no-risk observational research [CitationRef removed].No interventions were performed as part of this research. The management of each patient was based on the indications of healthcare professionals and institutional protocols. Data were collected from the medical records of the patients without including any identification information. Informed consents were signed by the parents to be recruited into the study, taking into account a potential follow-up assessment in further studies. This consent was obtained in written form until March 2020, and verbally (by telephone call) from then on, due to the SARS-COV-2 pandemic.
