: The data was collected from children’s outpatient therapeutic card and there is no direct contact among study participants and data collectors. The parent/guardian of each of the patients did not give consent in this research because this study utilizes secondary data The ethical committee which approved consent waiver was Jimma university Ethical review board with a letter reference number IRB000/2020; which currently chaired by Dr. Million, secretory Dr. Dessalgn Tamiru and former chairperson Dr. Netsanet Workineh (email address ExternalRef removedExternalRef removed and ExternalRef removed) respectively. This study was carried out in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki relevant guidelines and regulations. Jimma university ethical review board members namely (Dr. Million,Dr. Dessalegn and Dr. Netsanet) was approved all experimental protocols conducted in this study and also they have approved the consent waiver procedure. Permission letters written with reference number BSHO 4793/54/2020 were obtaining from Bench Sheko zone Health Office in order to use the OTP cards for research purposes. The verbal consent was obtained from managers and health management information system focal person in order to use individual cards for data collection. Confidentiality of data was kept at all levels of the study and the data was not used for other purposes other than for this study.
