: As per our study protocol (InternalRef removed), a waiver of informed consent was sought, as all patient data was de-identified and could not be traced back to the patients. All methods for this ecological study were carried out in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations.The informed consent waiver was provided by Monash Health Human Research Ethics Low Risk Panel, our primary Human Research Ethics Committee (HREC).
