: This study involved human participants. The TNO Institutional Review Board (IRB) approved the PCHR study protocol on 11th of November 2019, number 2019-096. All methods were in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations. Parents of respondents received written informed consent about the information collected in the national database. Participation was fully voluntary and confidential. The study protocol of the Generation R study was approved by the Medical Ethical Committee of the Erasmus Medical Centre, Rotterdam (MEC 217.595/2002/20) and conducted according to the Declaration of Helsinki. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants. To access data from the RAMSES study, permission was obtained from the Medical Review Ethics Committee of the Erasmus Medical Center, Rotterdam (MEC 142.026 – 1995/36). The study was conducted in accordance with the tenets of the Declaration of Helsinki. Informed consent was obtained from all the (legal) guardian(s).
