: This study received ethics approval from two independent expert committees. First ethics approval was provided by the French National Committee for the Protection of Persons (CPP); Ile de France IV, IRB 00003835, reference number 2019/50, ID-RCB 2019-A01453-54. Second ethics approval was provided by the local Ethics Committee for Non-Interventional Research at Université Côte d'Azur (CERNI); reference number 2019–7.Written informed consent will be received from each participant’s legal guardian or parent in accordance with the Jardé law decree on research involving the human person (Decree no. 2016–1537 of 16 November 2016) and the Declaration of Helsinki. Major modifications to the protocol will be submitted to the CPP IDF VI ethics committee for approval. Any changes will be implemented and added to the protocol. The modifications will be communicated in a new consent form to the study participants. The results of the study will be shared with patients and legal guardians upon request.
