Written informed consent was collected from all participants for the vitamin B12 study []. The original ethical approval for the main study did not include the analysis for the present study. No participants withdrew their consent. Participants were referred for further investigation and follow-up treatment if the results of the examination or the follow-up assessment indicated a need for specialised health care.
