: This study was conducted with the approval of the Wolaita Sodo University College of Health Sciences and Medicine ethics board. Ethical clearance was obtained, and a formal letter from the chief research and community service directorate office was submitted to the chief clinical directorate office of the hospital (Date 21/11/14E.C. reference number. CRCSD/32/02/14). All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant national guidelines and regulations. Informed consent was obtained from all subjects and/or their legal guardians. The captured data were anonymized, and names were delinked from the data. The confidentiality and privacy of all patients and their families as well as that of medical and professional staff were respected.
