: The clinical and genetic investigations in the affected Hungarian family were conducted according to the guidelines of the Declaration of Helsinki and was approved by the Ethics Committee of University of Szeged (58523-4/2017/EKU). Written informed consent was obtained from the parents of the affected child and pre- and post-test genetic counselling were carried out. The parents of the affected child gave their written consent to record and upload the movie about the complex movement disorder of the patient.
