: This study was approved by the Ethical Review Committee and the Research Review Committee of icddr,b and the Stanford University Institutional Review Board. The trial was registered at clinicaltrial.gov (NCT03933423). All participants provided informed written consent. Field researchers explained the study objectives, activities, anonymity, and confidentiality to the participants and assured them that they could withdraw anytime. Our study did not carry any physical or psychological risks to the participants. All methods were performed in accordance to the trial protocol and guidelines and were conducted under the ethical principles of the Declaration of Helsinki.
