: Ethical clearance was obtained from the Research Ethics Review Committee of Wallaga University, Institute of Health Science (Ref: 97/2023) (Date January 24, 2023). Informed consent was impractical as the study used de-identified registry-based secondary data. This is in line with the Helsinki Declaration of Health Research []. As long as the work does not violate the rights of individuals and does not include identifiable information, Wallaga University permits researchers to access medical charts without obtaining prior consent from participants to pursue research for the common good. Then, a formal letter of cooperation was submitted to each hospital (Wallaga University Referral Hospital, Nekemte Specialized Hospital, and Gida Ayana General Hospital), and permission was secured before data collections were initiated. Information obtained from the patient records was kept anonymous and confidentiality was maintained. Informed Consent was waived by the Research Ethics Review Committee of Wallaga University (RERC):-.1.
