: In Sweden ethical approval is not needed for this kind of study, however we sent in an application and received a favourable advisory statement from the Swedish Ethical Review Authority (Dnr 2020–05984). Prior to participation, the participants received written and verbal information about the study and that their participation was voluntary and that they could withdraw from the study at any time. Written informed consent was collected from the participants before the interviews. The study was conducted according to the Declaration of Helsinki []. During the analysis, the data were kept in a safe database hosted by Region Örebro County. Quotations used in the Result sections were translated as closely to the original statements as possible but edited to reduce the risk of exposing the identities of the participants or the families.
