: This study protocol received ethics approvals from the institutional review board (IRB) at Emory Rollins School of Public Health (Protocol #: STUDY00006385) and the Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital – Institutional Scientific Ethics Review Committee (Protocol #: ISERC/JOOTRH/736/23).
