: This research work was done with secondary data which is freely available at IIPS, India website (Source of data: ) The study was approved by Institutional Review Board from the International Institute of Population Sciences, Mumbai, and was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. After informing the aim and goal to the study participants, written informed consent was obtained from each participant. All the participants’ information was kept confidential using a coding system.
