: The study protocol received approval from the Research Ethics Committees of the School of Medicine, Shiraz University of Medical Sciences, located in Shiraz, Iran (Ethics code: IR.SUMS.MED.REC.1401.148). The data for this retrospective study came from the patients’ hospital records. According to the research ethics consideration in biomedical sciences approved by the Health Ministry of Iran, upon admission to the hospital, all patients (or parents or legal guardians for patients under 18 years of age) signed a consent form authorizing the use of their hospital records for research purposes, anonymously.
: We preserved patient anonymity, and the patient whose photography we included in the manuscript signed an informed consent form to publish her image. Upon admission to the hospital, all patients signed a consent form authorizing the use of their hospital records for research purposes.
