: The study was conducted following the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki and following amendments. Ethical clearance was obtained from the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of Bahir Dar University with the reference of protocol number 063/2021. Permission was obtained from each hospital administration of the participating entities. As the data gathered was secondary (based on the patients' medical cards), informed consent from parents (legal guardians) was not required. Besides, it was waived by the IRB of Bahir Dar University. All collected data was coded and locked in a separate room, and computer data was secured by a personal password to maintain privacy. Lastly, names were not included in the data collection format, and the data were not disclosed to anyone other than the principal investigator. The confidentiality of the information was maintained throughout the study.
